Lives and works in Tallinn (Estonia).
In 1987 Sergey graduated from Art Academy in Baku (Azerbaijan).
In 1992 he graduated from Venezianov Academy of Art in Tver, Russia.
Sergey is a member of The  Russian Art Union in Estonia.

Sergey cooperates with many galleries in the Baltics, Russia, England, Spain, Denmark and United States. His paintings are displayed in many art museums, as well as in private collections around the world.
